Milbank Concrete Products is delighted to welcome Daniel Voicu as our new Operations Director. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing large-scale projects, optimising operational efficiency, and driving strategic growth.
A Wealth of Experience in the Construction Industry
Daniel has built an impressive career, holding senior positions across various leading construction firms. As Managing Director at Firstline Construction LTD, he led operational strategies and oversaw key infrastructure projects. Prior to this, he served as Contracts Manager at VKE Contractors and FDL, where he successfully managed complex contracts and developed operational plans that improved profitability.
His earlier roles include Preconstruction Manager at JRL Group, where he managed risk assessments and preconstruction planning for high-profile projects, and leadership positions at Ground Construction, focusing on groundworks and RC frames. His broad expertise covers budgeting, financial oversight, health and safety compliance, and stakeholder management across a diverse range of projects, including data centres, infrastructure works, and residential developments.
Qualifications and Industry Recognition
Daniel holds a degree in Management and Engineering, providing him with a strong foundation in both the technical and managerial aspects of construction operations. He is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), reflecting his dedication to maintaining high industry standards. Additionally, he has achieved a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management, specialising in strategic leadership and operational efficiency.

As Operations Director at Milbank, Daniel will oversee all aspects of our operational activities, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality precast components while maintaining the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
