Milbank are a well-established, leading supplier of high-quality precast concrete products within the United Kingdom, specialising in various sectors of the construction industry including the design, manufacture and installation of our standard and bespoke precast concrete products. We are located in Earls Colne, between Braintree and Colchester, Essex.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Yard Operative to join the team at our Earls Colne depot near Colchester. Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm, plus overtime as required including some Saturday work. Previous experience of Combi / sideloader forklifts is preferable but not essential.

You must be dedicated and reliable with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.

Hourly paid at £12.60 per hour to start for a 9 hour day which includes an hours paid break with the overtime rate being paid at time and a half.

You will be required to work 5 days a week with some weekend work and overtime to meet our production needs. Overtime rates of pay apply to work in excess of the basic hours (45 hours a week) and for weekend work. You will need to use your initiative, be reliable, punctual and have the ability to work unsupervised.
