Milbank goes green with electric charging points

“We are aware of the importance of protecting and preserving the environment for future generations. We understand our ethical, legal and moral obligation to the community and the environment and as such, place great importance on environmental protection.”

In light of this, we recently installed a number of electric charging pods for employees and visitors to charge their electric or hybrid vehicles with the capacity to charge up to 7 vehicles at one time within our head office car park. Currently, this will be a cheaper and more environmentally friendly way of fuelling your vehicle than if you recharge at a public charging point or if you fill up with diesel or petrol.

“EV’s are excluded from paying car tax, they are excluded from London congestion charge and qualify for a number of other local taxes and fees. They are also cheap to maintain, refuel and are becoming increasingly attractive in the used car market as the manufacturers are extending warranties and providing guaranteed residual values at the end of leasing periods.”
